System Administrator (Internal Platform Engineering)

About the role

Wix is looking for a System Administrator / IT Engineer to join the Internal Platform Engineering (IPE) team. You will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and securing the company’s global IT infrastructure and cloud environments while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Administer enterprise identity and access management using Okta and Google Workspace.
• Manage global endpoints, configuration profiles, and compliance policies with Jamf (macOS) and Microsoft Intune (Windows/Linux).
• Implement AI‑driven automation tools to streamline IT processes and accelerate ticket resolution.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and escalation for complex hardware, software, network, and SaaS issues worldwide.
• Automate user onboarding and offboarding workflows across core identity platforms.
• Maintain, monitor, and document local and cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, security compliance, and audit readiness.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience as a System Administrator, IT Engineer, or Senior IT Support Specialist in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong experience with identity management platforms (Okta, Google Workspace).
• Proven expertise in endpoint management (Jamf, Microsoft Intune).
• Hands‑on experience administering cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with networking tools such as Meraki and with collaboration platforms like Jira and Slack.
