Support Enablement Engineer

About the role

Cato Networks is seeking a motivated Support Enablement Engineer to help the Support team deliver technical excellence. You will act as a bridge between support engineers, product, and R&D, ensuring knowledge and tools are in place for efficient issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Advocate for support and customer needs with R&D and Product teams during feature development and for existing technologies.
• Identify support inquiries, act as the technical focal point, and fill knowledge gaps.
• Build troubleshooting practices to reduce ticket resolution time.
• Own and drive delivery of technical content and knowledge‑sharing initiatives globally.
• Design and create technical onboarding and ever‑boarding training content.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience as a Tier 2‑3 Support Engineer, Technical Account Manager or Pre‑Sales Engineer in web, networking or information security.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent presentation abilities to convey complex topics clearly.
• Team player, responsible and well‑organized.
