Support Associate

About the role

BiltOn, a fast‑growing construction‑tech startup, is looking for a motivated Support Associate to join its customer‑support team in Ramat Gan. You will be the first point of contact for users of our safety and quality management platform, helping them get the most out of the solution.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, WhatsApp, chat and email, guiding them through the platform and answering “how‑to” questions.
• Diagnose and resolve application‑level issues, applying technical intuition to isolate root causes.
• Perform day‑to‑day platform tasks such as user management, site setup and report generation.
• Collaborate with Product, Development and Customer Success teams to escalate bugs, share feedback and drive resolutions.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong written communication, fast typing speed and meticulous attention to detail.
• Team‑player attitude with a proactive, “can‑do” mindset suited to a fast‑paced startup.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
