שטראוס מגייסת למפעל הקפה בצפת מנהל.ת איכות הרכשמה כולל התפקיד?הובלת תהליכי הסמכת ספקים, מבדקי ספקים ומעקב אחר פעולות מתקנות.אחריות על אישור וחידוש מפרטים לחומרי גלם וחומרי אריזה.ניהול תהליכי איכות ושיפור בשרשרת האספקה בשיתוף ספקים.הובלת תחום בטיחות המזון, HACCP והערכת סיכונים לחומרי גלם ואריזות.ניהול תכניות דגימה, בדיקות תקופתיות ובקרת איכות במחסנים.הובלת והטמעת מערכות ניהול איכות (QMS) ותהליכי בקרה ותיעוד.מה חשוב להביא איתך?תואר ראשון במדעי המזון, מדעי החיים או ביוטכנולוגיה.ניסיון קודם רלוונטי בתחומי האיכות.אנגלית ברמה גבוהה.ניסיון בניהול אנשים מהווה יתרון.היכרות עם תהליכי איכות, בטיחות מזון ועבודה מול ספקים.למה שטראוס?במפעל הקפה בצפת, איכות היא הרבה מעבר לתהליך. היא חלק מהאחריות שלנו לצרכנים בישראל, שמכניסים את מוצרי שטראוס לבית שלהם בכל יום. העשייה בתפקיד מחברת בין ספקים, ייצור ולוגיסטיקה, ומשפיעה באופן ישיר על איכות ובטיחות המוצרים שמלווים מיליוני בתים בארץ.
