Strategic Product Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, sharp, and dynamic analytical mind to join Aidoc’s Product Analytics team as a Strategic Product Analyst. The role combines analytical, technical, problem‑solving, communication and project‑management skills and works closely with product managers, customer success, operations, data engineers, designers, developers and AI experts.

Key responsibilities

• Build scalable customer‑facing analytics and data‑sharing products, turning complex data and customer needs into reliable, intuitive solutions.
• Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to understand product usage, identify adoption opportunities and translate site needs into scalable analytical solutions.
• Lead strategic analyses across products, workflows and clinical domains, connecting data from multiple parts of Aidoc’s ecosystem to uncover insights for business and product decisions.
• Design product KPIs and measurement frameworks, monitor trends and turn findings into actionable insights.
• Conduct decision‑support analyses for product, customer success, development and operational initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics or a similar analytical role.
• Strong technical orientation with eagerness to understand data models, pipelines and analytics infrastructure.
• Proven ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity and collaborate across multiple functions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• B.Sc. or equivalent; a Master’s degree is a plus.
