Staff Professional Services Consultant - Machine Identity

About the role

As a Staff Professional Services Consultant you will act as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers, guiding the design and implementation of secure, scalable Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM), PKI and Machine Identity Security solutions across cloud, hybrid and on‑premises environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end customer engagements from discovery through architecture, design, implementation, integration, automation, testing and enablement.
• Translate business and technical requirements into practical, secure solutions that improve visibility, governance and operational efficiency.
• Deliver specialized technical workshops, demos and architecture sessions for both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Evaluate existing processes, identify automation opportunities and track the success of customers’ Machine Identity Management programs.
• Serve as a customer advocate and subject‑matter expert while collaborating with internal Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product, Engineering and Global Delivery teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex security or professional‑services projects for enterprise customers.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
