Spa Agent

About the role

The Spa Agent is the first point of contact for guests visiting the spa at The Ritz-Carlton, Herzliya. Working full‑time on‑site, you will ensure a seamless, luxurious experience by handling reservations, answering inquiries, and supporting the spa team.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the spa and provide detailed information about treatments, facilities, and policies.
• Manage appointment scheduling, coordinate guest flow, and maintain accurate reservation records.
• Process payments and handle data entry with precision.
• Answer guest inquiries in person and by phone, delivering courteous and knowledgeable service.
• Support therapists and other spa staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold Ritz‑Carlton brand standards, handle guest feedback respectfully, and promote special offers.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with empathy, professionalism, and a personalized approach.
• Excellent verbal communication and confident phone etiquette; additional languages are a plus.
• Basic administrative and computer skills for scheduling, data entry, and payment processing.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced hospitality environment, multitask, and stay composed under pressure.
• High level of personal presentation aligned with luxury brand expectations.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
• Prior experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
