Software Team Manager – Ethernet SDK

About the role

NVIDIA is seeking a Software Manager to lead the Ethernet SDK team within the Switch SDK Group. You will drive the development of high‑performance, reliable Ethernet software while collaborating with cross‑functional design and architecture teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, ensuring smooth project execution and delivery.
• Develop and implement NVIDIA's Ethernet SDK with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with other subject‑area teams to define technical requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Follow established guidelines and standards to maintain high‑quality product output.
• Continuously improve team performance and drive innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years managing engineering teams of four or more.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and deliver results.
• Strong knowledge of Ethernet communication, network protocols and real‑time software.
• Experience with C/C++ programming and Linux internals.
• Analytical, creative problem‑solving skills and a collaborative approach.
