Join Amazon Web Services to help build QuickSuite, a next‑generation Generative AI platform that will reshape enterprise operations. As a Software Development Engineer on the Agentic AI team, you will work at the forefront of AI innovation, turning business ideas into scalable cloud services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy highly scalable, reliable distributed services.
• Translate business and functional requirements into concrete deliverables and rapid prototypes.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative engineering culture.
• Partner with Product Managers, Applied Scientists, and other engineers to iterate quickly on AI solutions.
• Build and maintain core services using Java, Python, and AWS technologies.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving mindset and passion for tackling complex technical challenges.
• Ability to work in an early‑stage, fast‑moving product environment.
• Experience guiding and mentoring less‑experienced engineers.
• Effective communication with cross‑functional teams.
