Software Craftsperson – Flutter & React (Remote, Israel)

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level Software Craftsperson with strong expertise in Flutter and Dart to join a remote team based in Israel. You will work on mobile product features, tackle medium‑sized engineering challenges, and continuously improve the quality and maintainability of our codebase.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver product features and small‑to‑medium engineering tasks.
• Apply sound technical judgment to create reliable, maintainable, and pragmatic solutions.
• Take ownership of feature outcomes, proactively raising quality, design, and delivery concerns.
• Break down ambiguous problems, identify risks and dependencies, and communicate them early.
• Deliver incremental MVPs frequently while upholding a high quality bar.
• Write clean, test‑driven code and continuously refactor existing implementations.
• Apply software craftsmanship principles such as tidy‑first and scout‑rule practices.
• Consider performance, security, usability, and scalability when designing solutions.
• Collaborate transparently with teammates, sharing progress, blockers, and decisions.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate design, testing, and delivery.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience developing applications with Flutter and Dart.
• Hands‑on experience building and maintaining mobile applications for both Android and iOS.
• Familiarity with state‑management solutions for Flutter.
• Passion for test‑driven development and pragmatic engineering practices.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
