Software Architect – Cloud Networking & Security

About the role

We are looking for a senior Software Architect to shape the next generation of Cato Networks’ cloud‑native networking and security platform. You will drive the technical vision of our SASE solutions, ensuring they remain scalable, reliable and secure as we expand globally.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product architecture and roadmap, balancing scalability, performance and security.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate market needs into technical specifications.
• Design new features across management applications, cloud backbone services and multi‑platform client products.
• Serve as a technical bridge between R&D groups, identifying gaps and aligning on a common vision.
• Provide hands‑on guidance and mentorship to development teams, championing best practices.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience designing and implementing complex software systems.
• Proven track record leading large‑scale, micro‑service and SaaS solutions.
• Strong analytical and systemic thinking with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership, communication and collaboration abilities.
