Social Media & Marketing Manager

About the role

Tailor Made is seeking a hands‑on Social Media & Marketing Manager to own and grow its digital presence across Birthright Israel programs in the US/Canada, the UK, and private tours. You will shape the marketing strategy, create authentic content, and engage directly with participants on‑site and online.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow three Instagram accounts, plus TikTok and Facebook, including content calendars, posting schedules, and community engagement.
• Design flyers, ads, and marketing materials using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools.
• Shoot, edit, and produce photo and video content for organic and paid campaigns.
• Maintain and update the website on Wix, ensuring brand consistency.
• Plan, execute, and optimise email campaigns and automated lead‑nurturing workflows using HubSpot.
• Create and manage paid social campaigns, monitoring performance and ROI.
• Visit program groups on‑site to capture authentic content and lead impact sessions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with recruitment goals and seasonal pushes.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in travel, education, non‑profit, or youth‑focused sectors.
• Strong writing, design, and storytelling abilities.
• Highly organised, creative, independent, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Native English speaker with a passion for travel, experiential education, and community‑building.
