Social Media Manager & Creative Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager & Creative Content Creator to join our marketing team in Tel Aviv. You will craft authentic, high‑quality digital stories that engage multicultural audiences across a range of platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create inspiring organic and paid content tailored to each social channel.
• Manage and grow multicultural digital communities.
• Write, edit, photograph and produce platform‑specific content.
• Lead social channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and others.
• Develop a multi‑channel social strategy and monthly content calendar.
• Monitor KPIs and analyse performance data.
• Collaborate with influencers, content creators and relevant communities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience creating standout social media content for companies.
• Strong passion for social media trends, especially on TikTok and Instagram.
• Excellent command of Hebrew and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to attend occasional company events.

Required skills

• Proficiency with editing and design tools such as Photoshop, Canva and CapCut.
• Familiarity with AI‑based content creation and data‑analysis tools.
• Creative storytelling ability and experience working with multicultural audiences.
