Social Media & Community Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Social Media & Community Manager to lead the health, quality, and engagement of the Reviewers.com reviewer community. This role focuses on building a high‑quality, active community of vetted reviewers who create authentic video reviews for brands.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day community health, reviewing newly vetted reviewers and video submissions to spot quality trends and rising talent.
• Provide feedback to AI‑powered vetting and moderation systems to continuously improve quality standards.
• Lead quality‑assurance initiatives ensuring brands receive exceptional video reviews.
• Design, launch, and manage a Certified Reviewers Program, handling selection, onboarding, training, communication, and performance monitoring.
• Re‑engage inactive reviewers through creative campaigns, outreach, and community events.
• Maintain the reviewer social‑media calendar and produce engaging content that educates, motivates, and celebrates the community.
• Organize challenges, recognition programs, and other initiatives to boost engagement and retention.
• Track community health metrics and propose improvements to reviewer quality, activity, and satisfaction.
• Act as the voice of the reviewer community, delivering insights to Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in Community Management, Operations, Creator Partnerships, or a similar role.
• Fluent in Hebrew – ability to communicate effectively in the language.
• Exceptional attention to detail and data‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Hebrew language proficiency.
