About the role

Join the Power Analysis, Optimization, and Management team at Annapurna Labs to develop advanced processors that power Amazon Cloud. You will work on state‑of‑the‑art SoC designs, covering the full chip development cycle from architecture to post‑silicon analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze SoC power consumption at pre‑silicon and post‑silicon stages.
• Contribute to power optimization throughout all phases of the design cycle.
• Collaborate with logic & physical design, PDN, and post‑silicon teams to improve power efficiency.
• Improve the Power Team’s analysis processes to increase effectiveness.
• Address challenging problems on a daily basis.

Required profile

• BSc in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in power analysis and optimization, logic design, backend design, or chip verification.
• Deep understanding of the overall chip design cycle.
• Ability to handle multidisciplinary tasks across different chip design domains.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
