Site Management Associate II

About the role

The Site Management Associate II (SMA II) will support the management and monitoring of clinical trial sites, ensuring compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines. This role contributes to the successful execution of clinical research projects within a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate monitoring activities at clinical trial sites, ensuring protocol adherence and timely issue resolution.
• Assist in the preparation and review of regulatory documents to maintain GCP compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to facilitate communication and support for trial sites throughout the study lifecycle.
• Track site performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to improve site management efficiency.
• Participate in training initiatives and mentor junior staff in clinical trial management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare administration, clinical research, or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in clinical trial support, site activation, clinical operations, site management, or monitoring, preferably within a pharmaceutical company or CRO.
• Familiarity with country or site‑level trial operations and documentation workflows.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with site personnel and internal teams.
