Site Engagement Liaison

About the role

ICON Strategic Solutions is hiring a Site Engagement Liaison in Tel Aviv within a sponsor-dedicated model, supported by ICON's global expertise. As the world's largest FSP organisation, ICON works with over 90 sponsor partnerships and offers stability, career development and a collaborative environment. The role fosters relationships with clinical trial sites, improves site engagement and helps advance treatments that benefit patients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at clinical trial sites, including principal investigators, site coordinators and research staff.
• Support and guide site staff on study protocols, procedures and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and successful study conduct.
• Identify opportunities to improve site engagement and optimise site performance through regular communication and feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement site engagement strategies tailored to each study and site.
• Monitor site performance metrics and report regularly to study teams on engagement activities and outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a CRA or Senior CRA; CTM experience preferred.
• Solid experience managing complex clinical trials across Oncology and non-Oncology therapeutic areas.
• Demonstrated experience in study start-up, site activation, study conduct and close-out.
• Strong study oversight and site management experience, including prior experience as a site monitor or CRA.
• Experience reviewing Monitoring Visit Reports (MVRs) and driving follow-up actions.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew, with willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time.
