Service Advisor – Customer Experience for Vehicle Service

About the role

As a Service Advisor at Tesla’s Petah Tikva Service Center, you will be the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for maintenance or repair. You will guide them through the entire service journey, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience that reflects Tesla’s brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via digital channels and face‑to‑face, providing scheduling updates, status reports and payment information.
• Educate owners on Tesla products, the Tesla app, and answer questions using clear, customer‑friendly language.
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming customer lounge and service entrance, and oversee parking‑lot organization.
• Manage the service fleet, conduct damage audits, flag service needs and ensure vehicles are clean.
• Facilitate test drives, promote new products and support additional sales opportunities.
• Handle unscheduled arrivals and unexpected issues to keep workshop operations running smoothly.
• Perform basic visual diagnostics, record repair orders accurately, and stay updated on Tesla’s service procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer‑facing role, ideally within a technical or automotive environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, constantly changing setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to build relationships with internal teams and customers.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude and willingness to take initiative.
• Comfort with digital tools and rapid adoption of new technologies.
• Fluent in English; Hebrew proficiency required for the local market.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
