About the role
Join Marriott International as a Server in Herzliya, delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages according to event type and service standards.
- Set tables, answer menu questions, and communicate special dietary needs to the kitchen.
- Record orders in the MICROS POS system and present accurate checks for payment.
- Check guest satisfaction throughout the service and maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, and glassware.
- Complete closing duties, including restocking, turning off lights, and ensuring safety compliance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related server experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb unaided and heavier items with assistance.
- Capability to work on uneven or slippery surfaces and navigate stairs or service ramps.
- Commitment to uniform standards, confidentiality, and company policies.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the MICROS POS system for order entry and transaction processing.
