Senior Transformation Consultant – Innovation & AI

About the role

Deloitte Israel is looking for a senior professional to drive innovation, AI and growth initiatives across the Consulting Division. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery to turn market opportunities and emerging technologies into measurable business change.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with division leadership and service line leaders to advance the Innovation, AI and Growth agenda.
• Identify business needs, process pain points and market trends, and build a prioritized pipeline of AI initiatives.
• Lead initiatives end‑to‑end, from problem definition and solution design through pilots, implementation and scale.
• Embed AI tools and new ways of working into day‑to‑day delivery across the Consulting Division.
• Support the AI Champions community, enabling knowledge sharing and accelerated learning.
• Develop reusable Deloitte assets, apps and accelerators that can be scaled across teams.
• Define and track adoption, business impact and ROI metrics and report progress to leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or a related field.
• 5–6 years of experience in consulting, product management, business transformation, innovation, AI or digital transformation.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross‑functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong business judgement and ability to translate technology trends into commercial opportunities.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English, written and spoken.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with AI tools and Generative AI platforms.
• Hands‑on experience applying AI/GenAI solutions to business and delivery contexts.
