Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are a fast‑growing FinTech startup seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts across technology, product and business functions. The role is hybrid, based in Tel Aviv, and offers the chance to shape the hiring strategy of a dynamic organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for multiple roles.
• Manage the full hiring cycle: intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and closing.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Build strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and headhunting.
• Recruit for technology, product and business positions.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience.
• Handle multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proven full‑cycle recruitment experience.
• Background recruiting for startups, technology companies, FinTech or payments firms.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering abilities.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and drive processes forward.
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
