Senior System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior System Administrator to join a large organization in central Israel. You will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining a robust Microsoft‑based IT environment that supports thousands of users.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and configure end‑to‑end Microsoft infrastructure.
• Integrate complex systems and ensure seamless operation.
• Manage and maintain Active Directory, Exchange and Microsoft 365.
• Administer Windows Server environments, develop scripts and automation, and troubleshoot issues.
• Support enterprise‑wide infrastructure and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Administrator in a large organization (500+ servers, 1,000+ users).
• Strong awareness of information security and familiarity with security solutions.
• Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365 and Intune.
• Hands‑on experience with Active Directory, Exchange and Windows Server.
• Experience with virtualization technologies, Nutanix, or cloud migration projects is a plus.
