Senior Software Engineer, RDMA Transport

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our RDMA Transport team. You will help shape next‑generation RDMA solutions that power AI, cloud, HPC and storage workloads for the world’s largest enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Research, design and implement advanced RDMA transport mechanisms and algorithms.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers, software developers and system architects to define project goals.
• Maintain high performance, reliability and scalability of transport stacks.
• Stay current with industry trends and integrate emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience, preferably in networking or high‑performance computing.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to dive deep into the RDMA stack.
• Hands‑on attitude, fast learning capability and excellent collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in C/C++ programming.
• Embedded systems development experience.
• Knowledge of RoCE and/or InfiniBand technologies.
• Experience with RDMA development across software, firmware or hardware.
• Understanding of congestion control, flow control and loss recovery mechanisms in high‑performance networks.
