Senior Software Developer

About the role

NVIDIA is seeking an enthusiastic Senior Software Developer to join its AI networking acceleration team. You will contribute to a groundbreaking open‑source library that leverages hardware offloads, GPU kernels, and RDMA network cards to reshape inference performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a highly optimized inference framework that runs on world‑class supercomputers and data‑center clusters.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate low‑level infrastructure components and ensure scalability.
• Perform benchmarking, bottleneck analysis, and performance tuning to meet aggressive latency and throughput goals.
• Maintain and evolve Linux‑based tooling and build pipelines for continuous delivery.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in modern C++, C, or Rust development.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in Linux environments and associated development tools.
• Deep understanding of the TCP/IP stack, computer architecture, and operating‑system concepts.

Required skills

• Modern C++, C, Rust programming.

• TCP/IP networking knowledge.
• Performance optimization, benchmarking, and tuning.
• CUDA kernel development (preferred).
• Familiarity with ML frameworks, LLMs, and high‑performance computing.
