Senior Security Vulnerability Researcher

About the role

Join Noma Security to shape the future of AI security in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment. You will drive vulnerability research and red‑team activities that protect AI models, APIs and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Perform AI‑focused vulnerability research on models, APIs and infrastructure, publishing insights that strengthen market leadership.
• Lead red‑team engagements against AI systems, creating proof‑of‑concept attacks that demonstrate real‑world risk and defensive strategies.
• Build customer‑facing proof‑of‑concepts in partnership with product and engineering to showcase Noma’s security capabilities.

Required profile

• 5+ years in security research or offensive engineering with a proven track record in penetration testing or vulnerability discovery.
• Deep expertise in application and AI security, including experience with prompt injection, adversarial manipulation and model abuse.
• Offensive security and red‑team experience using custom exploits and adversarial testing methods.
• Proven ability to develop and present PoCs to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Recognized achievements in bug bounty programs or equivalent real‑world offensive security work.
• Solid software engineering background with ability to read, write and debug code.
