Senior Product Manager – AI Software Stack & Compiler

About the role

Majestic Labs is building next‑generation AI infrastructure that spans custom silicon, servers, and the software stack that powers the world’s largest models. We are looking for a visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the AI software stack, compiler platform, and server system software, ensuring a seamless experience for developers and cloud teams.

Key responsibilities

• Translate customer, engineering, and business needs into detailed Product Requirements Documents, technical specs, and feature definitions.
• Define and manage the compiler pipeline and toolchain roadmap, including requirements for AI model compilation.
• Lead partnerships and technical integrations with major machine‑learning frameworks (PyTorch, JAX, vLLM, SGLang, Hugging Face Optimum) to provide native support without code changes.
• Set the performance‑optimization roadmap for low‑level operator libraries such as BLAS and custom OpenAI Triton kernels.
• Specify requirements for clustering, multi‑node scale‑out, and orchestration tools (SLURM, Ray, LMCache).
• Advocate for developer experience, monitoring sandbox execution and eliminating manual memory‑management scripts or custom compiler hacks.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a product manager in data‑center infrastructure, server‑grade hardware/software, or AI systems.
• Strong ability to work across multiple engineering teams and manage complex dependencies.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
