Senior Product Analyst – Platform Analytics

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and insightful Senior Product Analyst with a specific focus on Platform Analytics to join our Product Analytics team. In this role, you will shape the user experience of our platform by analyzing usage data, monitoring feature adoption, and supporting new feature launches with data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze platform usage patterns and derive actionable insights to optimize user engagement and satisfaction.
• Support new feature development by monitoring early adoption, user interactions, and performance.
• Partner with Product Managers to establish and track key feature KPIs, assess impact, and recommend enhancements.
• Develop dashboards and reports that provide visibility into platform health, user behavior, and usage trends for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to understand user pain points, drive improvements, and reduce churn.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, product, or platform domains (e.g., Product Analyst, Data Analyst).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• B.Sc or equivalent studies with extensive hands‑on projects.
• A Master’s degree – an advantage.
