Senior Manager, Business Unit Human Resources Leader

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Senior Manager, Business Unit Human Resources Leader for its HTC Israel Electrophysiology unit, based in Yokneam. The role acts as a strategic HR partner to business and functional leaders, shaping people, talent, culture, organization and future-of-work priorities. It sits in the HR Business Partners sub-function.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the talent agenda for HTC Electrophysiology into actions supporting organization design, workforce planning, culture and leadership effectiveness.
• Lead or support organization and operating model work, and strengthen culture, inclusion, accountability, engagement and organizational health.
• Drive integrated talent plans covering succession, critical roles, leadership readiness, retention, capability building and pipeline health, including skills-based planning, internal mobility, digital capability and AI fluency.
• Lead or support the people, organization and culture components of business and enterprise transformations, anticipate workforce and change risks, and track adoption, engagement, retention and capability growth.
• Serve as a trusted HR partner to senior leaders, coach them and connect the OneHR ecosystem to solve business challenges.
• Use data, analytics, external insights and AI-enabled tools to support decisions and employee experience, while practicing responsible AI.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development, Industrial and Organizational Psychology or a related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 8+ years of progressive HR or business leadership experience, including HR business partnership, organization effectiveness, talent strategy, transformation or related leadership.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and work in a global, matrixed, regulated environment.
• Fluent Hebrew and English.
