Senior Hardware Board Design Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Hardware Board Design Engineer to join our System & Platform R&D team. You will lead the design of high‑performance, high‑speed digital boards for communication and networking systems, mentoring junior engineers while delivering robust hardware solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑speed digital boards (SerDes, DDR, Ethernet) and own schematic development.
• Oversee PCB layout, ensuring optimal SI/PI performance through analysis and review.
• Lead board bring‑up, validation, troubleshooting, and lab optimization.
• Collaborate with software, FPGA, mechanical, and RF teams for system integration.
• Present technical updates, risks, and design insights to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of hands‑on hardware design experience.
• Strong background in high‑speed digital design, SI/PI, and board‑level architecture.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
