Senior Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

Lasso, an AI Security Platform for the agentic era, is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale its growth engine. You will be responsible for the full funnel—from the first paid click to the weekly pipeline numbers reported to leadership—while building a data‑driven, system‑focused growth infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute paid acquisition strategies across search and social, managing budgets, creative testing, and bid optimization.
• Report on CAC, ROAS, and pipeline contribution per channel and optimize website conversion through landing‑page testing.
• Develop and run SEO and AI‑driven Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) programs, as well as email nurture campaigns.
• Identify and test new organic growth channels and guide product marketing on demand‑generation content.
• Own the marketing technology stack (HubSpot), lead lifecycle management, and multi‑touch attribution models.
• Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to maintain accurate lead routing, scoring, and reporting.
• Set pipeline targets, forecast coverage, and report progress to leadership, adjusting budget and effort based on performance data.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of B2B growth marketing experience, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
• Proven track record of owning pipeline targets and delivering results.
• Hands‑on experience with paid acquisition programs and performance measurement.
• Strong understanding of SEO and emerging AEO techniques.
• Deep familiarity with marketing operations, automation, lead scoring, and attribution.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to build and interpret performance reports.
