Senior Fullstack Engineer (AI Legal Platform)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to design and deliver intelligent backend infrastructure and exceptional user experiences for our AI‑powered Legal Intelligence Platform. You will work directly with large language models, build scalable systems, and ship production AI features that transform how legal teams operate worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own features end‑to‑end, from design through deployment across the full stack.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs using Python, FastAPI, Pydantic, PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Create responsive, performant frontend experiences with React.js and TypeScript.
• Develop integrations with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Google Drive, SharePoint and DocuSign.
• Work hands‑on with LLMs and connect AI capabilities to business systems.
• Partner with ML engineers, AI researchers and legal domain experts to deliver impactful solutions.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and help establish engineering best practices as we scale.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional experience building production systems across frontend and backend.
• Passion for owning and delivering features from idea to production.
• Curiosity and active use of AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
