Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an exceptional Full‑Stack Engineer to join our product engineering group. You will work closely with product and design teams to create solutions that deliver significant value to our construction‑intelligence clients. The role spans multiple web and mobile applications as well as integrations with external systems.

Key responsibilities

• Take end‑to‑end ownership of customer‑facing applications, from database design to UI implementation.
• Develop and maintain web front‑end codebases built with React and TypeScript.
• Build and enhance backend services using Python, Django and PostgreSQL.
• Create user interfaces for complex data such as 360° videos, 2D floor‑plan maps, 3D models and large data grids.
• Design high‑performance APIs that serve large data volumes to clients.
• Implement asynchronous jobs, data pipelines and optimise queries over production datasets.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software engineering experience delivering production products.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with React and web‑based product development.
• 2+ years of server‑side development experience; strong Python and Django knowledge is a plus.
• Proficiency with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor or Codex, and a habit of experimenting with new tools.
• Demonstrated leadership of people, projects or technologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience in fast‑paced startup environments (preferred).
