Senior Flutter Developer (Animation Focus)

About the role

Mylo is an AI‑driven dating app that aims to make falling in love effortless through perfectly timed animations. As a Senior Flutter Developer with an animation focus, you will own the mobile experience, craft motion that feels human, and help launch the product’s major U.S. expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Own the experience – build and maintain Mylo’s Flutter app for iOS and Android from end‑to‑end.
• Bring motion to life – design procedural character animation, custom transitions, and physics‑driven micro‑interactions.
• Chase the frame – keep even the busiest screens buttery smooth at 60/120 fps, profiling and fixing bottlenecks.
• Own the platform layer – integrate Firebase services, networking, authentication and secure local storage.
• Ship it for real – manage releases on the App Store and Google Play, maintain CI/CD pipelines and monitor app health.

Required profile

• 5+ years mobile experience, with at least 3 years shipping production‑grade Flutter/Dart apps.
• Deep expertise in Flutter animation, BLoC/Cubit state management, and dependency injection (GetIt, Injectable).
• Performance‑obsessed mindset – treat 60/120 fps as non‑negotiable and use DevTools, Impeller, RepaintBoundary wisely.
• Fluent with Firebase (Remote Config, App Check, Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics, Analytics, Performance) and networking (Dio, interceptors, token injection).
• Proven track record of releasing and maintaining live apps on both stores, including CI/CD (Codemagic) and automated testing.
• Startup operator – extreme ownership, bias for speed and comfort with ambiguity.
