Senior Digital Learning Developer / Instructional Designer

About the role

The organization seeks a Senior Digital Learning Developer / Instructional Designer to lead end‑to‑end learning initiatives. You will translate business needs into engaging, self‑paced digital learning experiences that drive performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse organisational learning needs and define instructional strategies.
• Design and develop advanced e‑learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• Write learning scripts and create interactive content for self‑paced delivery.
• Implement and manage courses within LMS platforms such as Moodle.
• Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts to ensure content accuracy.
• Lead training projects, monitor timelines, and adapt to dynamic environments.
• Measure learning effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in learning development and instructional design.
• Hands‑on expertise with Articulate Storyline, Rise, or equivalent tools.
• Strong experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle).
• Academic degree in Learning Technologies, Education, Instructional Design or related field (advantageous).
• Portfolio showcasing complex digital learning products.
• Excellent project management, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
