Senior Digital Learning Developer / Instructional Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Digital Learning Developer / Instructional Designer to lead end‑to‑end learning initiatives. You will shape learning strategies, create engaging digital modules, and ensure they are effectively delivered through our learning management system.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse organisational learning needs and define instructional solutions.
• Write learning scripts and design self‑paced digital learning experiences.
• Develop e‑learning modules using Articulate Storyline, Rise or equivalent tools.
• Implement and manage content within LMS platforms such as Moodle.
• Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts to capture expertise.
• Manage training projects, track progress and measure learning effectiveness.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in learning development and instructional design.
• Hands‑on experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise or similar authoring tools.
• Strong knowledge of LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle).
• Academic degree in Learning Technologies, Education, Instructional Design or a related field (advantage).
• Demonstrated ability to present a portfolio of complex digital learning products.
• Excellent project management, communication and problem‑solving skills.
