Senior DevOps Platform Engineer – CTI

About the role

Dream is building a sovereign AI‑driven cyber‑defence platform for governments. We are looking for a Senior DevOps Platform Engineer to own and evolve the infrastructure that powers our CTI (Cyber Threat Intelligence) products. You will work across cloud and on‑prem environments, shaping the platform that supports high‑scale AI/ML workloads.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate internal platforms, tools and services used by multiple engineering teams.
• Make architectural decisions across infrastructure, applications, networking, security and data.
• Manage and evolve Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure‑as‑Code using Terraform.
• Implement security controls including IAM, secrets management and network policies.
• Set up monitoring, observability and alerting for production systems.
• Ensure scalability, availability, performance and resilience of high‑scale services.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering.
• Strong software engineering background with production‑grade Python (OOP) and Bash scripting.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker and Terraform.
• Solid understanding of Linux, networking and security fundamentals.
• Experience building platforms for AI/ML workloads and high‑scale production environments.
• Startup mindset: proactive, curious and comfortable working across a broad technology stack.
