Senior Delivery Consultant – AI/ML Application Development

About the role

As a Senior Delivery Consultant in AWS Professional Services, you will lead the design and delivery of AI‑powered application solutions for customers in Israel. You will combine strategic architecture with hands‑on technical leadership to help organisations modernise their workloads using AWS AI/ML services.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end AI‑enabled application architectures aligned with business goals.
• Define architecture patterns, standards and roadmaps for AI/ML integration on AWS.
• Evaluate and recommend services such as Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker and other generative AI solutions.
• Lead customer engagements from discovery through implementation, providing technical advisory and Well‑Architected reviews.
• Mentor junior consultants and customer teams on AI best practices and AWS technologies.
• Build data pipelines, ETL processes and MLOps workflows to support model training, inference and monitoring.
• Architect generative AI use‑cases including Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, chatbots and intelligent agents.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering AI/ML solutions on AWS for enterprise customers.
• Strong architectural and consulting skills with a track record of leading complex projects.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
