Senior Brand & Marketing Designer

About the role

Pic-Time is looking for a Senior Brand & Marketing Designer to shape the visual identity of its photography platform across campaigns, product launches and digital experiences. You will turn business goals and audience insights into compelling creative work that strengthens the brand and drives results.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end creative projects from concept through launch.
• Develop campaign concepts and visual systems for social, paid media, email, web, product releases, events and partnerships.
• Translate complex product ideas into clear visual stories.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, Product, Content and Creative teams.
• Contribute to design systems, templates and brand guidelines.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools to explore ideas and accelerate workflows.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in brand, marketing, campaign or digital design, preferably within SaaS companies.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating art direction, campaign thinking and digital design.
• Ability to lead multiple projects independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, ownership and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in Figma.
• Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience using AI creative tools.
• Strong typography, composition and visual storytelling abilities.
• Motion design, animation or video production knowledge (nice to have).
