Senior Brand Designer & Art Director

About the role

PayPlus is seeking an experienced Art Director / Senior Brand Designer to shape and elevate the visual language of its fintech and commerce platform. This hands‑on role blends strategic thinking with high‑level execution across digital, physical and product touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve PayPlus visual identity across all brand touchpoints.
• Lead creative direction for major campaigns, launches, partnerships and brand initiatives.
• Develop concepts from idea to final execution, translating business messages into bold visual assets.
• Art‑direct campaigns across social, digital, web, print, events and physical environments.
• Build scalable visual systems, design languages and maintain brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales and Management on strategic creative projects.
• Oversee photography, video, motion, 3D and AI‑generated creative production.
• Mentor designers and external partners, reviewing output to ensure high standards.
• Explore and integrate new visual trends, technologies and tools into the brand ecosystem.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in branding, advertising or digital design.
• Proven senior‑level experience as a Brand Designer, Art Director or similar.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development and high‑end visual execution.
• Excellent typography, composition, colour and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
