Security Architect – Hands‑on Cybersecurity Role

About the role

Cydero, a boutique cybersecurity firm in Tel Aviv, is seeking a hands‑on Security Architect to own end‑to‑end security challenges for its clients. You will work directly with customers, understand their environments, and design and implement robust security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design security architectures for diverse client environments.
• Lead technical discovery, onboarding, and solution design.
• Implement EDR, firewall, networking, and other security technologies.
• Plan and conduct penetration tests, analyse findings, and create remediation plans.
• Explain technical options and trade‑offs to clients.
• Stay involved from initial analysis through full implementation.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of hands‑on cybersecurity experience.
• Strong background with EDR, firewalls, and networking.
• Practical penetration‑testing experience.
• Ability to discuss technical details while keeping the broader architecture in mind.
• Clear communication skills and confidence working directly with clients.
• Independent, curious, and good technical judgment.
