SAP Learning & Content Specialist

About the role

KPMG Israel is seeking a SAP Learning & Content Specialist to enhance and adapt SAP training materials for local audiences. The role blends instructional design expertise with deep content knowledge, ensuring high‑quality learning experiences for employees across Israel and global locations.

Key responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and recommend improvements for existing SAP training and professional content.
• Analyse target audiences and local requirements to refine learning materials.
• Create and update guides, presentations, and other training deliverables.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and internal teams to gather feedback and continuously improve content.
• Maintain learning assets within the organisation's learning management systems and design learning paths.
• Participate in strategic learning projects and knowledge‑implementation initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in learning and development, training, content creation, or knowledge management.
• Background working with ERP environments and familiarity with business processes.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent English communication skills for regular interaction with global teams.

Required skills

• SAP (including SAP S/4HANA)
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) concepts
• Learning Management System (LMS) usage and content maintenance
