Salesforce Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end implementations for a leading organization. You will own the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful go‑live while collaborating closely with stakeholders across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑lifecycle Salesforce projects from initiation through production deployment.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and key stakeholders to align goals, expectations, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide matrix management for developers, QA, implementation, and configuration teams.
• Produce functional and technical specifications that guide development and testing.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing Salesforce projects.
• Strong ability to write functional and technical specifications.
• In‑depth knowledge of core Salesforce modules.
• Proven experience in matrix management of development, QA, and configuration teams.
• Hands‑on experience building work plans, managing schedules, budgets, and assessing risks.
