Salesforce Consultant & Developer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant & Developer to join a large‑scale, strategic project in the financial services sector. The role combines business analysis, solution design, and hands‑on development to deliver robust Salesforce solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of Salesforce solutions, from analysis to deployment.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Configure and customize Salesforce to support complex processes and automation.
• Develop and enhance solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
• Design and implement integrations with external systems via REST APIs.
• Collaborate closely with architects, QA engineers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of Salesforce implementation consulting experience with hands‑on development.
• Background working for a software company, consulting firm, or system integrator.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and produce clear functional/technical specs.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced project environment.
