Sales Representative – Surgical Products

About the role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Sales Representative to join its Surgery team, focusing on the Central and Southern regions of Israel. The role drives growth of surgical product lines in operating rooms by building relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of surgical products through strategic prospecting and relationship‑building with surgeons, hospitals and medical centers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers, including surgeons, operating‑room staff and procurement teams.
• Present and demonstrate Ethicon’s surgical products, highlighting features, benefits and clinical applications.
• Identify market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape to tailor sales strategies.
• Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline status and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with the clinical support team to provide product training and support surgical procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (MBA is an advantage).
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Deep understanding of the healthcare market and ability to identify business opportunities.
• Self‑motivated learner capable of in‑depth learning of clinical materials in English.
• Willingness to travel within Central and Southern Israel (approximately 60% of time in operating rooms).
• Fluency in Hebrew and English.
