Sales Representative – Surgery

About the role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is looking for a Sales Representative to drive growth of surgical product lines in operating rooms across Northern Israel. You will build relationships with surgeons, hospitals and procurement teams, promoting innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of surgical products through strategic prospecting, customer engagement and relationship‑building with surgeons, hospitals and medical centers.
• Present and demonstrate Ethicon’s surgical products, highlighting features, benefits and clinical applications.
• Identify market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape to tailor sales strategies and maximize market share.
• Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline status and customer feedback to ensure alignment with targets.
• Collaborate with the clinical support team to provide product training, handle inquiries and support surgical procedures.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory guidelines and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA is an advantage).
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Deep understanding of the healthcare market and ability to identify business opportunities.
• Self‑directed learner capable of in‑depth study of clinical materials in English.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English.
• Willingness to travel within the Center areas of Israel, spending up to 70% of time in operating rooms.
