Sales Representative – Surgery

About the role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is looking for a Sales Representative focused on surgical products. The role will support the Wound Closure team in northern Israel, promoting innovative solutions to surgeons and hospitals.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of Ethicon surgical products through strategic prospecting and relationship‑building with surgeons, operating‑room staff and procurement teams.
• Present and demonstrate product features, clinical benefits and applications during hospital visits and conferences.
• Identify market trends, customer needs and competitive activity to adapt sales strategies and increase market share.
• Maintain accurate sales records, prepare regular reports and forecast performance.
• Collaborate with internal medical, marketing and supply‑chain teams to ensure optimal product availability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within medical devices or healthcare.
• Strong passion for improving patient outcomes through innovative surgical solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with healthcare professionals.
• Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable plans.
