About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager to lead and scale our global SDR team. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will shape processes, drive pipeline generation, and align the team with our Go‑To‑Market strategy.

Key responsibilities

Define, document, and continuously improve SDR processes and qualification criteria.
Guide SDRs on effective prospect communication based on prospect needs.
Manage inbound and outbound outreach tactics, including email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling.
Track and analyze lead generation metrics to ensure predictable conversion rates.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to maximize pipeline and meet quarterly opportunity targets.

Required profile

2‑5 years of experience managing a global SDR team, including the United States.
Proven background in B2B security or cybersecurity sales.
Successful track record as an SDR professional with team‑leadership experience.
Experience selling technical SaaS solutions.
Native‑level English proficiency and strong data‑driven mindset.
