Sales Development Representative

About the role

Direct Experts (DEX) is a Microsoft Cloud Tier 1 Managed Service Provider and System Integrator looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its on‑site team in Holon. The SDR will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping them discover DEX’s cloud and AI solutions and setting the stage for successful sales engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities through cold and hot calls, email sequences and outbound campaigns.
• Research target accounts, understand the Ideal Customer Profile and conduct industry analysis.
• Collaborate with marketing to design nurturing strategies that include events, calls and emails.
• Schedule qualified meetings for senior sales representatives and participate in demo or pitch sessions with C‑level and VP‑level executives.
• Maintain accurate lead, opportunity and activity records in the CRM.
• Work with the Account Management team on early‑stage deal qualification and messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of direct sales or telemarketing experience in the technology sector, preferably cloud or hosting.
• Strong communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure.
• Experience using a CRM system.
