About the role

Join Mint as the face of our in‑store experience. You will greet customers, answer their product questions and help create an exciting, smooth shopping environment. This on‑site role is perfect for someone who loves the hobby and enjoys lively conversation.

Key responsibilities

Represent Mint in‑store, providing a friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for visitors.
Answer product‑related questions, offering recommendations that match customer interests.
Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, restocking shelves and keeping displays tidy.
Ensure the shop atmosphere remains smooth, engaging and enjoyable for all customers.

Required profile

Genuine passion for the hobby and enthusiasm for engaging in great conversations with customers.
Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment and maintain a positive attitude.
