Sailing Instructor (M/W)

About the role

Club Med Resorts is looking for enthusiastic Sailing Instructors (male/female) to join its worldwide resort network. You will deliver sailing lessons to guests of all ages, ensure safety on the water, and help create memorable holiday experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct group and individual sailing lessons, from beginner to advanced levels.
• Provide safety briefings and navigation information for adults and children.
• Supervise private or tailor‑made sailing sessions.
• Maintain and promote sailing equipment supplied by partners such as Hobie and Tiwal.
• Uphold Club Med hygiene, safety standards and asset maintenance.
• Promote the sailing activity within the resort and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Required profile

• Passionate about water sports and able to transmit technical and safety knowledge.
• Responsible and able to ensure smooth operation of each nautical activity.
• Friendly, customer‑focused and able to work in a multicultural resort environment.

Required skills

• Sailing proficiency.
• Knowledge of nautical safety procedures.
• Experience with Hobie sailing equipment.
• Experience with Tiwal water‑sports equipment.
